"The journal is well structured with the person in mind, taking account of feelings, emotions. The tasks were well questioned and gave me a sense of control as to what to write and how to express myself. Writing has proved to be a very useful tool to overcome my emotions and clear my mind of chaos which helps me to get on with my day."

OUR STORY
Made by women, for women
We believe in the power of shared experience. From the personal stories to the activities, illustrations and artwork, every aspect of a Bridge journal has been designed and guided by women who know what it is like to be diagnosed with primary breast cancer. We understand what it means to go through cancer treatment, and to adapt to a new 'normal'.
Recovery doesn't end once hospital treatment does
Adapting to a new world and a new body after hospital treatment for primary breast cancer is not always straightforward. Through our own experiences, we have found our own ways of processing our diagnoses and treatment.
This journal will allow you to explore your experience, and to try out the tools that we found helpful ourselves.
